GRIPS Japan is a diverse team of logistics business professionals who deeply understand Genba operations, creating a one-stop solution for our clients.
Our business originated by planning and executing automated warehouse solutions for E-Commerce clients. Today we serve a wide range of logistics and retail customers with services including strategic planning and Genba Kaizen.
Our experienced consultants are able to evaluate complex operational issues in the Genba, grasp the needs of the client and help propose optimal solutions. Few other companies can both prepare proposals and support their execution. I consider this GRIPS Japan’s greatest strength.
We support clients while carefully considering their perspective, not only through strategic plans and analysis or with cost structure improvement proposals, but also by supporting the selection and implementation of advanced technologies and by helping clients to develop their human resources in operations.
